Poly Armour 70

A 70% solids two component polyaspartic aliphatic polyurea utilizing innovative proprietary nanotechnology. It provides a high gloss clear coating.

Preparation

• Any cracks or cuts can be filled with Quik Fix then ground smooth with the substrate
• Substrate must be ground to allow the product to bond correctly

Primer Coat

• Put down 1 coat of Poly Armour 70 with a Micro Plush roller nap then cross roll with a Micro Plush roller nap

Chip Coat/Pigment Coat

• Apply 1 coat of Poly Armour 70 Short Filled & Armour Tint with a Micro Plush roller nap
• When throwing out the chips or quartz, spiked shoes must be worn
• After chip coat has dried a 24" Flexible Blade Smoother will allow you to scrape the excess chips off

Last Coat

• Roll out one more coat of Poly Armour 70 with a Micro Plush roller nap 
• You can use a dip and roll method
